In the field of mechanical processing industry, CNC precision parts processing is actually index-controlled processing. After programming the graphics to be processed into the program, the computer is connected to the CNC processing machine tool, and the CNC processing machine tool is commanded to operate to complete the precision parts processing.
CNC precision parts processing is mainly suitable for the processing of various types of parts in small and large batches. The precision of CNC processed parts is very high, so it can serve the precision parts processing of different industries. Let's take a look at the entire process of CNC precision parts processing.
First of all, the content of the process must be checked before CNC parts processing, and the parts, shapes, engineering drawings and dimensions of the workpiece to be processed must be clearly known, and the processing content of the next process must be known.
Before processing the raw materials, the size of the blank should be measured to see if it meets the requirements of the drawing, and its placement must be carefully checked to see if it is consistent with the programming instructions
After the rough processing is completed during the machining process, please conduct self-inspection and correct the data in time.
(1) Is there any looseness in the machining process of the mechanical parts;
(2) Is the machining technology of the parts correct to the starting point;
(3) Does the size from the machining position of the CNC parts to the reference edge (reference point) meet the requirements of the drawing;
(4) After checking the position size (except arcs), measure the size of the CNC processed parts.
After confirming the rough machining, the part will be completed. Before completing, please self-check the shape and size of the part on the drawing: check the basic length and width dimensions of the vertical plane machining parts; measure the basic point dimensions of the inclined machining parts marked in the drawing.
After completing the self-inspection of the parts and confirming that they meet the drawing and process requirements, the workpiece can be removed and sent to the inspector for special inspection. When encountering small batch processing of precision CNC parts, batch processing is required only after confirming that the parts are qualified.
