What are the factors of CNC machining errors?

2024-11-26

CNC machine tool processing is very active in all walks of life. Aerospace, medical treatment, vehicles, CNC machining precision machinery manufacturing, daily necessities and other fields also need to participate in CNC machine tool processing. However, CNC machine tool processing uses heavy equipment, and a little carelessness may cause consequences. So what is the reason for processing deviation?

1.Human Factors

(1) Lack of concentration: When the operator is not focused, unnecessary errors may occur. In serious cases, the CNC lathe is often damaged, endangering life safety.

(2) Misunderstanding: The operator's incomplete understanding of the processing frame can easily lead to processing errors.

(3) Beginner's mistakes: Beginner operators lack experience and are prone to processing errors.

2. Incorrect programming

(1) The bottom of the coordinate is set to 0, but the top is set to 0 in the specific processing link.

(2) The safety height is too low, and the CNC blade cannot fully extend out of the product workpiece.

(3) The second rough processing capacity is lower than the previous one.

3.The note name is incorrect

(1) The number of touches on one side is written as the core of the four sides.

(2) The brake disc clamping distance or the product workpiece highlighting distance is displayed incorrectly.

(3) When the CNC blade ejection length is unclear or problematic, it will cause connection.

(4) The flow chart specification should be as detailed as possible.

4. Incorrect program flow transmission

(1) The program flow number is incorrectly enabled or the system is changed, but it has been executed by the old program.

(2) The contractor needs to check the detailed data of the process on site before processing.

In the CNC machine tool processing process, due to human factors or CNC lathes, CNC blades or tool holders are very likely to collide with products or CNC lathes. Therefore, understanding the causes of CNC machine tool processing deviations before CNC machine tool processing is conducive to reducing the occurrence of deviations, reducing CNC machine tool processing accidents, and improving the safety rate of CNC machine tool processing.
